This modern apartment accommodates up to four persons and includes a spacious kitchen/living room with oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and toaster.
Living area is furnished with a sofa corner, SAT-TV and a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th persons.
A comfortable bedroom with access of the balcony offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV as well as an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. There is another, separate toilet in the apartment.
The roof terrace with sea viees is furnished with seating accommodations, sun beds and a sun shade.

The area
Excursion to the nature reserve of Oasi Vendicari, which, in autumn, is a place of rest for thousands of migratory birds on their long journey south.
Explore the flora and fauna of Sicily while hiking through the nature reserve and then taking a refreshing swim at one of the untouched beaches at Oasi Vendicari. This area is also very well suited for those greatly interested in culture. It is only a few kilometers to the Baroque town of Noto, which may carry the title „UNESCO World Heritage“. The Old Town of Siracuse located on a peninsula. Give in to the magic of the old palazzi, the graceful cathedral and the atmosphere of times gone by!
