Immersed in a quiet and green environment, the Villa Sei Cipressi is about three kilometres from the residential centre of Cefalù, on a hill, on the Cefalù-Campella road. Cefalù town is just 60 km from capital city of Sicily,Palermo.Thanks to its enviable position, the villa enjoys a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The villa offers guests the advantage of a prime location near Cefalù and it’s beach, as well as a quiet oasis in a wonderful garden with trees in a 4500 sq m area.
The villa is large (130 sq m) on one level and comprises a porched entrance, a corridor, two large bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and small room attached, a room with two single beds, a kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace in perfect working order and a foldable bed (120 cm in width), a bathroom with a bath, open air shower, two terraces, a garden with sea view and a small outbuiliding.
The external walls are painted with white paint, the shutters are made of wood, the floors are tiled and the roof tiles are in Sicilian style. On the path which leads from the gate to the house, paved with large stone slabs, one can find a large terracotta jar, now covered in ivy, which in the past, was used to contain olive oil; the garden is 4500 sq. m and is full of olive and fruit trees.
