The holiday house “Furio Camillo” is an apartment located in the central district Appio, one of the most commercial and central Rome.It is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a quiet building of six floors.
The location is the best you could wish for the convenience of connections: underground station “Furio Camillo” at 200 meters, bus line “85” to the historic center just 50 meters. from the house, the railway station “Tuscolana” 800 meters.
To make the area one of the most commercial of Rome, is the famous Appian Way that connects directly to St. John Lateran, a shopping three kilometers long!
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and furniture all in style.The second bedroom has two single beds, one with a queen bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and septet, in different modern style.
The dining room has a table and 6 chairs, comfortable sofa bed, ideal for hosting any 5th person.The kitchen has hardwood floors and granite countertops. All electric appliances including hob with 4 burners and oven, as well as the fridge and freezer and microwave, provide the necessary home comforts to spend a vacation complete with every comfort.The bathroom is beautifully finished, with bathtub / shower. The washing machine is available for guests.
The view from balcony, all exterior and corner offers a special brightness.
